Seriously, what the fuck is this??
I know that a lot of ads lately are going for the 'quirky' angle - but this is simply mental. The first time I saw it I felt like it went for TEN minutes not one - I was just so awe-struck.
Okay, okay, so I must admit that I ADORE the balloon-squeaking bit - but the eyebrow biz is just plain wrong. I'm so conflicted. I guess it will get people talking ... which is the point.

This was easily my favourite ad of 2009. I love how seriously they take it all.
ReplyDeleteAsked someone if he'd seen it at a dinner, and as he hadn't I was left trying to explain it. Um...
One thing the ad can't do, though, is make Cadburys a patch on Nestle. :p
