Technical Hiccups

Media Watch last night featured the technical glitches on SBS News of late and mentioned that ABC is also having a few problems moving to a new computer system. Here's the story with the gorgeous video of SBS presenter Ben Fajzullin asking for some vision. Meanwhile, last night on Rove there were a fair few technical glitches including Gretel Killeen's interview barely being heard over what sounded like Natalie Bassingthwaite chatting on the couch.

Gretel is back in the spotlight leading up to the Logies this Sunday night on channel 9 which she will be hosting. There is a lot of pressure on her to 'get it right' after a long while away from the screen and also being only the second female to host (does anyone remember the trauma of Wendy Harmer in 2002?) Hopefully her haircut is all that we expect seeing as it's been so hyped up. Basically if she peels off a hat and there's anything less than a dancing elf atop a cream cake and a laser light show I won't be impressed.
